Parses YAML in any style and re-renders it in block format with consistent indentation.
Compact flow style ({key: value, list: [a, b]}) and ordinary block-style YAML are parsed by the same PyYAML parser, and 2 or 4 spaces produce block-style YAML. Compact output uses flow style. Tab uses 2 spaces because YAML forbids tabs in indentation.
The "A-Z" option sorts object keys alphabetically. Strings that look like a number, boolean, or null (say, "true" or a version string "1.20") are automatically quoted in the output so they don't turn into a different type when read back.
