Parses YAML and builds an XML tree from it — for example, to move a config into a system that only understands XML.
Just like with JSON, a YAML object's single top-level key becomes the root XML tag name. A nested @attributes key becomes the element's attributes, and #text becomes the text inside the tag.
A YAML list under a key becomes several repeated XML elements with the same tag. Tag names are cleaned of characters invalid in XML, and a tag starting with "xml" gets a safe prefix.
