Parses XML and builds a CSV table from repeated elements — a list of <item> tags inside a legacy system's export, for example.
To get a multi-row CSV, repeated child tags (several <item> elements inside <root>, in the example) need to share the same tag name — that's what makes them recognized as an array of objects instead of separate fields of one object.
An element's attributes (@attributes.id) and its nested tags (address.city) both get flattened into dot-separated CSV columns the same way — at the table level, there's no difference left between an "attribute" and a "nested tag".
