Reads a CSV table and outputs each row as an item in a YAML list — handy for turning an Excel export into a config.
Columns become keys in the order they appeared in the CSV header. Cell values are always plain CSV text; true/false in the example land in YAML as quoted strings; cell types are never inferred.
A header like address.city isn't unpacked back into a nested YAML object — it stays a single key with a literal dot in its name. For real nesting, start from YAML or JSON instead.
