Reads CSV as a table with headers and turns each data row into a JSON object.
The first CSV row must be a header row: no empty cells and no duplicate column names — otherwise the service returns an error instead of silently losing the data from one of the duplicate columns. The delimiter (comma, semicolon, tab, or |) is detected automatically.
Each data row becomes one object in the array. A column whose name contains a dot (address.city) stays a flat, literally-named key when read back — CSV doesn't automatically reconstruct nesting.
